Wyatt here writing from San Francisco, CA. It was good to see you in Chico and since I didn't have a chance to talk to you further, I'm writing now. I'm including a copy of our record and I hope you can dig it. We recorded it on an Otari 8-track in about 3 different locations - anywhere that would allow us to make noise. My only regret is I wish I'd discovered Tape Op before we started recording because there's so much info I've learned from your magazine alone - info I wish I'd had from the git-go. In other words, you are providing an invaluable service to regular people who like to record.

The CD he sent is by his wonderful band Trackstar and it's great. They also put on a great show and had the kids enthralled when I saw them in Chico. The recording quality of the CD is quite fine too, and I think Wyatt's already got a grip on what he wants to do...
