Every week someone emails Tape Op to remind us that Chris Walla is a total genius. We know. Chris is in DCFC, and runs the Hall of Justice recording studio in Seattle (the space that used to be Reciprocal and then John and Stu's). His recordings are sonically interesting, dynamic, and fun. You can tell that arrangements and such were open for creative license in the studio. Speaking of John and Stu's, John Goodmanson mixed two of the songs here. This release will also be available in the Super Audio format! It's been a treat watching Chris develop his recording talents with DCFC.
