Tape Op will once again have a booth at
in San Francisco, CA October 27-29, so please come say hi if you are at the show!To make it easier for you to attend the show, we are once again giving away free badges to the exhibition area of the show, go here to get your pass:
Don't lag on this, the deadline to register is October 1.
This year AES is adding a new element to the show, the Project Studio Expo which looks to be really educational. This is a free series or workshops and clinics, so if you're going to the show, make sure to check this out. You'll need to pre-register for it here and you can also check out the events:
Lastly, if you're not an AES member, this years keynote address might be a good reason to join and attend the full show. Producer Steve Lillywhite who's worked with U2, Big Country, Phish and lots more artists is the keynote speaker. John recently sat down with Steve at the W Hotel in Hollywood and interviewed him for an upcoming issue of Tape Op. If that meeting was any indication, the Keynote Address will be something you won't want to miss. Steve is funny, generous, outspoken, opinionated and very passionate about music and recording.
Hope we see you in San Francisco!
