Books on Music and Recording Part 2

I was recently in the incredible Elliott Bay Books here in Seattle, and as always, I found myself in the music section, (after the cooking section). I love the smell of a book store, and I love the colorful quilt all of the various book spines make. It also feels great to pick something up and flip through its pages. You may experience something similar with your copy of Tape Op! Anyway, I was inspired by many of the titles that caught my eye. Some new, some older, some image heavy coffee table offerings, and some for reading, but all inspiring just the same!

Here are a few that I wanted to put in my cart:

Burning Down The Haus: Punk Rock, Revolution, and The Fall of the Berlin Wall
By Tim Mohr

The Art of Sound: A Visual History for Audiophiles
by Terry Burrows

The Complete Beatles Recording Sessions
By Mark Lewisohn
Note: This has been out of print for a bit, so I was excited to see it available.
